Friedberger Street
As with all 3D animations and films by gmsvision, the aim here was not only to show the architecture. We wanted to capture the special location and character of the project. A modern, energy-efficient apartment building in a quiet neighborhood yet close to Frankfurt.
Kirdorf has the cozy character of an established district, yet you are quickly in the heart of the action. Surrounded by single and two-family homes, parks, and short distances to all essential amenities, this is a home that combines city life and nature in a pleasant way.
In the 3D animation, we focused on what makes this place special: plenty of light, clear architecture, and a connection to the green surroundings. Large window fronts and bright rooms feel inviting and, through our 3D visualizations and 3D animations, convey a sense of openness even before construction begins.
The energy-efficient construction to KfW 40 standard, high-quality materials, and well-thought-out layouts are, of course, important, but we didn’t want to present them as mere technical facts. Instead, the film is about what it feels like to live here: waking up to sunlight in the morning, enjoying the view of the greenery, and knowing that you are living in a home where you simply feel comfortable.
