3D Visualization Workflow & Pricing
At gmsvision we follow a clear and structured 3D visualization workflow that helps architects, developers and investors organize every project from the first contact to final delivery. Our process is built on defined stages, transparent communication and careful planning — so you always know what is needed, what the next steps are and how costs are structured.
With many years of experience in architectural visualization, 3D rendering and animation, we approach every project with consistency and clarity. This makes collaboration more efficient, decisions faster and the final result precisely aligned with your goals.
Pricing is always individual. Costs depend on the scale, level of detail, number of perspectives and the type of presentation required.

Step 1 — Project Preparation & 3D Model Creation
We begin with an initial conversation to define the project goals and review the materials you provide. We identify any additional information needed so the project starts on a clear and solid foundation.
Based on this, we build a detailed 3D model of your design. We pay particular attention to the accurate transfer of 2D plans into 3D geometry — avoiding ambiguities in later project phases.
The information provided at this stage forms the basis for all subsequent work. Changes made later may affect both time and cost.
Important: The information provided at this stage forms the basis for further production. Later changes may require additional time and can affect the overall project cost.

Step 2 — First Preview: Perspectives & Composition
Once the first preview renderings are ready, your project manager contacts you to review together:
- The architectural representation of the design
- Camera perspectives and framing
- Lighting mood and atmosphere
- Materials and surrounding environment
- Furniture and interior direction
Important: We collect your feedback and guide you based on our experience to achieve the best possible result. The decisions made at this stage are binding for the work ahead. Later changes may require additional time and affect costs.

Step 3 — Second Preview: Materials & Atmosphere
We create Full HD preview images so you can assess materials, vegetation, lighting and the overall atmosphere of the scene. We then discuss any final adjustments together so we move into the final stage with a shared direction and clear approval.
Important: Changes made after this stage may affect production time and costs.

Step 4 — Final Delivery & Project Completion
Once all approved adjustments are complete, we deliver the final visualization in the agreed resolution. We check brightness, color balance and contrast to ensure the result meets the highest quality standards.
We also conduct a brief final review of the project together. Your feedback helps us continuously improve our collaboration process.
Pricing — Individual Costs for Every Project
Every project is different. That is why we do not work with fixed flat-rate prices. Simple 3D renderings and photorealistic visualizations start from the low three-digit range depending on scope. Complex architectural visualizations, 3D animations or virtual reality solutions are calculated individually. Contact us for a free quote.
The cost of a 3D visualization or architectural rendering depends on several factors — for example project scale, desired level of detail and number of perspectives. Requirements for materials, lighting and visual impact also influence the effort and therefore the pricing.
To prepare a suitable quote, we typically need:
- Dimensioned plans such as site plans, floor plans, elevations or sections
- Photos or reference images of the surroundings (if available)
- Number of desired perspectives and viewing directions
After reviewing your materials, we discuss your project in a short call or video meeting — clarifying goals, requirements and the desired scope of the visualization. You then receive an individual quote, transparently calculated and precisely tailored to your project.
Why a Clear Workflow Matters
A well-organized workflow helps avoid delays and misunderstandings. It also gives you a complete picture of the project's progress and approval stages. Our process works not only as a production framework but also as a tool for effective collaboration.
