Linden Str.
For the Lindenstrasse 26 project, gmsvision created a 3D animation. The building is located in the heart of Offenbach, directly by the river Main with views into green space and still close to the city center.
As with many of our visualizations, the goal was not just to show the architecture realistically. It was important to us to capture the feel of the place the combination of water, city and established surroundings.
The 3D animation was kept subtle, with clear imagery and carefully chosen perspectives. No flashy effects, just a quiet impression of what living there could feel like.
Its impact comes from the use of light, sightlines and the natural flow of 3D Animations, just as we often do when trying to convey the essence of a place.
