3D animation shows how a planned building looks and how its spaces connect. Camera movements take the viewer through interiors, around façades and into the surrounding landscape. Since 2011, gmsvision has created architectural animations and CGI films for architects, property developers and real estate companies across Europe.

How Your Architectural Film Is Made
Your drawings form the basis of the 3D model. We then agree on the storyboard with you: the scenes, camera movements and visual style. Two preview rounds allow you to review the film and share feedback. After approval, we deliver the final video at the agreed resolution, with music, text overlays and branding on request.
Production usually takes 4–8 weeks, depending on the length of the film and the complexity of the scenes.
If we have already created architectural visualizations for your project, we can build on the existing 3D model. Reusing it can reduce production time and cost, depending on the changes needed for the planned scenes.
