For the high-rise ensemble The Molecules in Berlin-Treptow, gmsvision created photorealistic architectural visualizations and a high-quality architectural film. Three distinctive towers – residential, hotel, and commercial – directly on the River Spree combine urban density, waterfront location, and contemporary urban development in a unique way.
From the first façade studies to the final 3D animation, gmsvision accompanied the entire visual process – for the design phase, competition, and international real estate marketing.
3D Renderings & Architectural Film for The Molecules Berlin
In the early planning phase, gmsvision explored different material and geometry variants using detailed façade studies. This led to photorealistic 3D renderings for sales, public relations, and investor communication – with a focus on proportions, lighting atmosphere, and the unique location on the Spree.
In addition, an architectural film was produced combining 3D animations with real footage. Dynamic camera movements show the residential towers, hotel tower, and direct access to the Spree – a compelling audiovisual presentation for marketing and competition.
