Our 3D Visualization Workflow – Step by Step
Every visualization project follows four stages: preparation and 3D modelling, the first preview, the second preview and final delivery. After each preview, your project manager discusses the feedback with you and confirms the next steps.
The final cost depends on the scope of the project, the required level of detail and the type of visualization. Interior renderings start at €650 and exterior renderings at €750. You can find further guidelines on our pricing page.
Preparation & 3D Model Creation
We start by finalising the initial briefing and confirming the project goals. We then review the documents you provide and put together an overview of any additional information we may need. This ensures the project starts on a clear and reliable basis.
Based on this information, we develop a detailed 3D model of your design – the foundation of every architectural visualization. We pay particular attention to transferring the 2D plans precisely into 3D geometry, avoiding any ambiguities in the later project phases.

First Preview – Reviewing Perspectives
Once you receive the first preview, your project manager will contact you by phone to discuss the following:
- Architectural accuracy
- Perspective and framing
- Image composition
- Camera height and viewing direction
At this stage we collect your wishes, ideas and comments. Based on our experience, we advise you on perspective, framing and composition. Your project manager discusses these points with you directly before work continues.

Second Preview – Reviewing Materials & Atmosphere
Next, we create preview images in Full HD resolution, allowing you to assess materials, vegetation, lighting and the overall atmosphere of the scene in detail. For projects that include 3D animation, this is also where we align camera paths and storyboard.
We then get back in touch to discuss any adjustments. This way, we move into the final phase with clear alignment and a shared understanding.

Final Delivery & Project Completion
Once all approved changes have been implemented, we produce the visualization in the agreed resolution. At the same time, we fine-tune details such as brightness, colours and contrast to make sure the final result meets the highest quality standards. FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions About Our Process
What documents do you need for a 3D visualization?
To start the project, we typically need floor plans, elevations and sections as PDF or CAD files. Information about materials, colours, furniture, lighting and surroundings is also helpful, along with reference images showing the desired atmosphere. If anything is missing, we’ll let you know exactly what else we need after our initial review.
How long does the whole process take?
Usually 2–4 weeks from document approval to final delivery – depending on scope and complexity. Express projects are possible by arrangement.
How does communication work during the project?
Personal and direct: after each preview round, your project manager calls you to discuss feedback and next steps. You always know exactly where your project stands.
What if I want changes after final approval?
Minor adjustments are handled flexibly. Larger changes – for example to architecture or perspective – are calculated transparently as additional work before we proceed.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two revision rounds are included in every project – one after the first preview (perspective, composition) and one after the second (materials, lighting, details). In practice, this covers almost all projects.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
You’ll usually receive an initial assessment within 24–48 business hours. After a short call to clarify your goals, we review your documents and send you a tailored quote. Once the project is commissioned, we begin creating the 3D model.
