gmsvision – Architectural Visualization Studio Since 2011
gmsvision was founded in 2011 by architects Simun Tokic, Michael Martens and Ioannis Argyriou, who met while studying architecture in Hannover.
Today, our team of architects, interior designers and 3D artists creates photorealistic architectural visualizations and 3D animations for projects across Europe. We work from our offices in Hannover and Athens. Our architectural background shapes how we interpret plans and present each design, with close attention to spatial proportions, materials and lighting.

Our work begins with the architecture. We use the plans, materials and project brief to create images that explain the design clearly and show the intended atmosphere. Our clients use these visualizations in discussions with investors and buyers, for architectural competitions and for property marketing.

gmsvision was founded in 2011. Since then, we have completed more than 1,000 projects in over ten countries – from single-family homes and luxury properties to large-scale neighborhood developments.

gmsvision has a permanent team of architects, interior designers, and 3D artists. Our architectural background is no coincidence: professionals with planning experience understand what makes a visualization convincing.
Where is gmsvision based?
Our headquarters are in Hannover. Since 2025, we have also had an office in Athens. The share of our projects in the Mediterranean region has grown significantly in recent years – from Ibiza and Mallorca to Sardinia. We work fully digitally with clients throughout Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Greece, and the rest of Europe.
Who founded gmsvision?
gmsvision was founded by three architects: Simun Tokic, Michael Martens, and Ioannis Argyriou. We met while studying architecture at the University of Hannover, and the studio later grew out of that shared experience. All three founders remain actively involved in the business and personally support projects from the first conversation through to the final visualization.
