The 3D Visualization Ibiza for the exclusive CREO residential project was created to communicate architecture, location and Mediterranean lifestyle in a realistic and emotional way. Located in Ses Figueretes, just a few meters from Ibiza’s longest sandy beach, CREO combines urban living with the island’s unique atmosphere.
From the very beginning, the goal was not only to show the buildings themselves. Instead, the focus was on conveying space, light and the surrounding environment as a coherent experience.
Purpose of the Architectural Visualization for CREO
Initially, the aim was to give potential buyers and investors an authentic impression of the project before construction started. Therefore, the 3D Visualization Ibiza presents not only materials and proportions, but also scale, daylight and the relationship to the surroundings.
In addition, the visualization was specifically developed for marketing, sales and digital presentations.
Architecture, Location and Concept
CREO consists of four buildings – Casa Tierra, Casa Brisa, Casa Fuego and Casa Agua – inspired by the four natural elements. This concept defines both the architectural language and the visual narrative.
At the same time, the project benefits from a highly central location, with Ibiza’s old town, the airport and renowned beach clubs and restaurants all within easy reach.
Implementation of the 3D Visualization
During production, gmsvision focused on a calm and refined visual style. Instead of visual effects, the emphasis was placed on:
- realistic lighting conditions
- accurate material representation
- clear camera perspectives
- a balanced connection between architecture and environment
In addition, an atmospheric 3D animation was created to bring the project to life.
