The Interior Visualization Holiday Apartment Baltic Sea was created for a modern holiday apartment located near Timmendorfer Strand. The aim of the project was to present the interior design concept realistically during the planning stage and create a solid foundation for the later realization.
gmsvision was responsible not only for the 3D renderings but also for the development of the complete interior design concept.
Objective of the interior visualization
The Interior Visualization Holiday Apartment Baltic Sea allows the design concept to be experienced before construction or renovation begins. Photorealistic renderings help clients and designers evaluate spatial atmosphere, materials and color concepts early in the planning process.
This approach ensures efficient design coordination and informed decision-making.
Interior design concept
The project combines Scandinavian design clarity with subtle maritime accents. Bright color palettes, natural materials and clean design lines create a relaxed and modern atmosphere.
Large windows, soft textures and carefully selected furniture enhance the open and welcoming character of the apartment.
Implementation of the visualization
gmsvision created photorealistic interior renderings showing the apartment from different perspectives.
The focus included:
- realistic lighting scenarios
- accurate material representation
- balanced color composition
- clear presentation of furniture and spatial layout
The renderings provide an authentic impression of the final interior atmosphere.
Result
The final Interior Visualization Holiday Apartment Baltic Sea supported both the design process and communication with the client. The renderings provided a clear understanding of the interior concept and helped guide the successful realization of the project.
