Professional 3D Rendering of a Baltic Sea Holiday Apartment

In just a few minutes from Timmendorfer Strand, a modern vacation apartment was created in close cooperation with the client, combining Scandinavian clarity with maritime accents. gmsvision was not only responsible for the 3D visualization in this project but also for the comprehensive design development, from the color concept to the furnishings.

The aim was to realistically bring the design closer to the private client while simultaneously creating a solid foundation for future realization. The 3D interior visualizations present bright, inviting spaces with natural materials, clear contours, and lovingly selected details. Large window areas, soft textures, and subtle color nuances create a harmonious living atmosphere.

The interior concept could be coordinated early thanks to the photorealistic representation, which provides a clear advantage for planning and execution. Through the combination of design performance and 3D rendering, the project has become a successful example of holistic visualization in private residential construction.
