3D Architectural Animation Cubus Design House
The Cubus Design House is a modular housing concept developed for flexible residential use. Its system of cubic volumes can be adapted to different sites and requirements, ranging from a compact single-family home to a larger two-storey residence.
For the project, gmsvision created architectural visualizations, a 3D animation, virtual-reality applications and 360° panoramas for presentation and sales. The visual material explains how the modular system works while showing the architectural character of the finished house.
Presenting a Modular Housing Concept
Clean geometry, restrained materials and flexible floor plans define the Cubus Design House. The animation follows the building from morning to evening and shows how daylight changes the appearance of the façades and interiors throughout the day.
Carefully planned camera movements connect the exterior and interior spaces without distracting from the design. This allows viewers to understand the proportions, layout and modular structure of the house before it is built.
