3D Architectural Animation for Mountainments THREE in Kitzbühel
Mountainments THREE is a luxury chalet set above Kitzbühel, with panoramic views across the Tyrolean Alps. The property includes a spa, sauna, wine cellar and private cinema, combining traditional alpine materials with contemporary architecture.
For its international presentation and marketing, gmsvision created photorealistic 3D visualizations, an architectural animation and an interactive 360° walkthrough with virtual- and augmented-reality elements.
Animation, Virtual Reality and 360° Presentation
The architectural animation guides viewers through the exterior and interior spaces and shows how the chalet relates to the surrounding mountain landscape. Natural stone, timber, glass and carefully designed lighting are presented consistently throughout the film.
The interactive 360° walkthrough allows users to explore the rooms independently and examine materials, proportions and views from different positions. Animated content on integrated screens and selectable lighting settings add further context without distracting from the architecture.
Together, the animation and interactive presentation provide prospective buyers and investors with a detailed understanding of the chalet before an on-site visit.
