3D Architectural Animation High-Rise Berlin – The Molecules
Three distinctive towers directly on the River Spree, with views of the TV Tower and the iconic Molecule Men – The Molecules in Berlin-Treptow is one of the most ambitious high-rise projects in the German capital. gmsvision produced a hybrid architectural film combining photorealistic 3D animation with real footage of the surroundings.
The result: a complete real estate film that convincingly conveys the architecture, location, and lifestyle of one of Berlin's most exciting urban development projects.
Concept & Production of the Hybrid Architectural Film
The focus was on making the exceptional location between water, city, and architecture visible. Large window surfaces, daylight, and expansive views over the Spree were key — as was the balance between calm and urban life, with parks, riverside paths, and cafés right on the doorstep.
Alongside 3D animations, a professional film team produced high-quality live footage of the location and surroundings. The final film combines realistic 3D animations, real footage, and atmospheric architectural visualizations into a cohesive overall picture.
