3D Architectural Film for THE ONE, Ibiza
THE ONE by Elements is a beachfront apartment building at Playa d’en Bossa, Ibiza. Its stepped form and wraparound terraces give the building a profile reminiscent of a yacht, while large windows and outdoor spaces open the residences towards the sea.
The development comprises twelve apartments, ranging from compact two-room residences to a duplex penthouse with a private rooftop terrace and pool. gmsvision produced architectural visualizations and a concise 3D architectural film for the project’s international marketing.
A Concise Film for a Distinctive Building
The film was designed without narration or explanatory text. Instead, carefully planned camera movements, editing and changes in daylight guide the viewer through the architecture and its beachfront setting.
Exterior views establish the relationship between the building, the terraces and Playa d’en Bossa, while interior sequences present the materials, proportions and connection with the outdoor spaces. The short format was developed for use on the project website, in sales presentations and across digital marketing channels.
