Architectural Visualization Administrative Building Mannheim
The Architectural Visualization Administrative Building Mannheim was created by gmsvision for the new administrative headquarters of GGH. The project combines modern architecture with energy-efficient construction and sustainable design principles.
With an investment of approximately 13 million euros, the new building represents a contemporary office environment that merges functionality with architectural clarity.
Objective of the architectural visualization
The main goal was to present the future administrative building clearly during the planning and communication phase. The Architectural Visualization Administrative Building Mannheim illustrates the architecture, proportions and spatial concept before construction is completed.
At the same time, the visualizations support investor communication, press releases and marketing presentations.
Architecture and design concept
The building is defined by clean architectural lines, a structured façade and a modern design language. Energy efficiency and sustainable construction play a central role in the project.
The architecture balances functional requirements of an office building with a modern and representative design.
Implementation of the visualization
gmsvision created photorealistic 3D renderings that present the building from different viewpoints and lighting conditions.
The focus included:
- realistic material representation
- accurate lighting conditions
- clear architectural perspectives
- integration into the surrounding urban environment
Photomatching was used to place the building realistically within its context.
Result
The final Architectural Visualization Administrative Building Mannheim supports the communication of the project with investors, the public and the media. The photorealistic renderings present a clear vision of the future office building and highlight the combination of modern architecture, functionality and sustainability.
