For the new administrative building of GGH in Mannheim, gmsvision developed photorealistic 3D renderings that convincingly present modern architecture, energy-efficient construction, and sustainable design concepts. With an investment volume of around 13 million euros, a modern administrative building is being created that combines functionality, efficiency, and architectural clarity.
The visualizations supported presentations, press work, and project communication as part of the public development process.
Photorealistic Architectural Visualization Administrative Building Mannheim
The new building is characterized by clean architectural lines, a structured façade design, and a modern design language. Energy efficiency and sustainable construction play a central role in the overall concept, combining functional requirements with a representative design in the urban context of Mannheim.
gmsvision focused on photorealistic exterior visualizations from various perspectives and under different lighting conditions — complemented by photomatching for realistic integration into the existing surroundings.
