For the Friedberger Straße residential project, gmsvision produced an atmospheric 3D project film that places architecture, location, and living experience equally at the center. The project is set in a quiet, established neighborhood that combines urban life with proximity to nature – precisely this balance is what the film conveys.
Location, Architecture & Atmosphere
The Kirchdorf district is characterized by its cozy, almost village-like character. Surrounded by parks and short walks to all essential amenities, it offers a living environment that connects city and nature. Generous window fronts, bright rooms, and a close connection to the green surroundings define the architectural visualization.
The 3D architectural animation deliberately relies on a restrained visual language: realistic lighting moods and carefully calibrated perspectives keep the living experience in focus – not explanatory, but emotionally engaging. Energy-efficient construction to KfW-40 standards and high-quality materials are not presented as facts, but made tangible as lived quality.
