Architectural Visualization – Photorealistic 3D Renderings
Making building projects tangible – long before construction begins
Since 2011, gmsvision has visualized building projects for architects, property developers and real estate companies – over 1,000 projects across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Europe. From residential complexes and office buildings to entire urban quarters.
Our renderings are used where decisions are made: in real estate marketing, investor presentations and architectural competitions. Projects like The Molecules in Berlin, ATLANTIS on Ibiza and the Alsterjuwel in Hamburg show how different these tasks can be – and how much precise visual language pays off.
Selected architectural visualizations from Germany and Europe:
How We Work
Every project starts with the plans – floor plans, elevations and sections are enough to begin. From there, we build a detailed 3D model and align it with you in two preview rounds: first perspective and composition, then materials, lighting and atmosphere. Two revision rounds are standard in every project, with delivery usually within 2–4 weeks.
The result: images that are architecturally correct and emotionally compelling at the same time. Exactly this combination decides whether a visualization merely shows – or convinces.

Exterior Visualization
A building never works in isolation. That's why our exterior visualizations always show architecture in context: with real surroundings, appropriate vegetation and a lighting mood that fits the project – clear morning light for a residential quarter, or evening atmosphere for a luxury property.
We choose perspectives strategically by target audience: eye level for buyers, aerial views for investors and authorities, detail shots for competitions.
Interior Visualization
Interiors sell through atmosphere. Proportions, materials, daylight – our interior visualizations make it tangible how a space will feel. For hotels, luxury villas and residential projects, we combine renderings with cinemagraphs and 360° panoramas on request.
Projects like the luxury hotel in Zermatt or the Clarity and Soluna villas on Mallorca show what this looks like in practice.
Rendering for Property Developers and Investors
For developers, visualization isn't a nice-to-have – it's a sales tool. Apartments sell off-plan when the images are right. Our renderings are therefore created with marketing in mind: they convey quality, build trust and shorten decision-making processes.
For the Domus Vivendi Group, we've supported projects like Hippiements Village on Ibiza this way – from the first facade study to the international marketing film.
