For the exclusive villa project Hippiements Village in Santa Eulària, Ibiza, gmsvision produced high-quality 3D renderings and 3D animations to make the architecture, location, and atmosphere of the development tangible even before construction began.
The project consists of nine bright white villas, inspired by traditional Ibizan architecture and built according to the highest German quality standards. Located directly on the beach of S’Argamassa, the villas feature a private boat dock and are surrounded by lush gardens that ensure privacy and tranquility.
Architectural Concept & Visual Implementation
The design is characterized by hand-shaped walls, rounded corners, and flat roofs that emphasize the natural play of light and shadow. Generous outdoor areas with covered terraces, patios, and light courts create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
To present this architectural quality convincingly, gmsvision created photorealistic 3D exterior visualizations, atmospheric 3D interior renderings, and an emotional 3D project film.
3D Image Film for Marketing & Sales
The complete 3D image film was conceptualized and rendered by gmsvision. By combining exterior visualizations, interior scenes, and dynamic animation, a coherent visual narrative was created that allows potential buyers to experience the architecture and atmosphere long before the project is completed.
In this way, the visualization became a central instrument for marketing and sales.
The project is being developed by the Domus Vivendi Group. Through close collaboration, a presentation was created that convincingly communicates the exclusive character and architectural concept of the development.
