Hippiements Village is a development of nine waterfront villas in Santa Eulària, Ibiza. Inspired by traditional Ibizan architecture, the villas feature rounded forms, bright rendered walls, natural stone, private pools and generous outdoor spaces.
gmsvision worked with the Domus Vivendi Group from the early design visualizations through to the final architectural animation. The film was created for the international marketing of the development and gives prospective buyers a clear impression of the architecture, interiors and beachfront setting before completion.
Architecture, Materials and Ibizan Character
The design combines contemporary living spaces with architectural elements associated with Ibiza. Rounded corners, hand-finished surfaces, natural materials and large openings connect the interiors with the terraces, gardens and sea views.
The 3D architectural animation moves through exterior and interior spaces using carefully planned camera paths and natural transitions. Daylight, materials and landscaping remain consistent throughout the film, allowing viewers to understand the layout and atmosphere of the villas as a complete development.
Hippiements Village later received a European Property Award. The distinction belongs to the project; gmsvision produced the architectural visualizations and animation used to present it..
